Incredible job at a great price! Had some nasty scratches and gouges on my wheels from a local tire shop. Seth had my wheel looking better than new in just a couple days. This is my new go-to shop for wheel repair!

Took a set of wheels into Jim for a redo and he and his team truly performed miracles!! This wasnt an easy task but they handled perfectly!! These guys won't waste your time or your money keep up the great work!! Definitely a return customer here.

I had an amazing experience with Factory Wheel Outlet. After another shop(Wheelkraft NW) told me it was “impossible” to match the color of my center caps because they’re plastic, I came here looking for help—and they proved that wrong immediately. They told me it was actually very easy to match the color, and they got it done perfectly in just one day. The center caps now match my wheels exactly, you honestly can’t tell any difference at all. On top of that, the staff was professional, helpful, and actually willing to find a solution instead of just turning me away. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. I really wish I had come here first, especially since they also offer wheel repair like bends and curb rash. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who needs quality wheel work done right.

I was referred to Factory Outlet Wheel by a former employee and had a great experience from start to finish. I called and spoke with Gemma, who was polite, professional, and gave me a clear quote of $175 over the phone. When I arrived, he explained the process and estimated about two hours for the repair. The job was completed in about an hour and a half. I asked for videos and pictures of the damage, and they gladly sent them to my phone so I could see exactly what was going on. I really appreciated that level of transparency. They also checked my other wheels at no charge to make sure there were no additional bends. The staff was kind, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. I felt confident in the work they did and was very happy with the service. I would definitely return if I ever need wheel repair again.

Well it was an experience thats for sure. The actual wheel refinishing was great. All signs of curb rash is gone and they look ok. 6/10. My issue's start with customer service/quality check. Even though they were nice and understanding, picking up my car was a hassle due to lack of communication and time management. Took it in on a Monday and was told it would be ready by Wednesday maybe Thursday. Did not get it till Friday and had to change some plans I had. Also, they left one of my wheels not properly sealed which scared me for sure(had less than 10 psi when I got off work).I really hope I was just unlucky with their customer service which is why I still recommend them, just be ready for anything. Over-sprayed on one of the wheels. 🙂
